If you register for a workshop on the Website, we collect the following type of information from you: (i) participant contact information—which includes the name, address, phone number, e-mail, date of birth of the participant, requested workshop, and the name of the contact person (if different from the name of the participant), and (ii) your financial information—which includes all information provided by our online payment system provider, PayPal Inc. (this may include your contact information, whether you have verified control of a bank account, your credit card billing address, and whether the transaction was approved or unsuccessful). We do not collect your credit card number or bank account number when you register for a workshop on the Website.

 

If you sign up for more information on the Website, we collect your contact information—which includes your name, email, phone number, and any comments you provide.

Winged Canvas uses your personal information for the following purposes:

• to register participants in our art workshops and to verify registration;

We do not collect or store your credit card or bank account numbers, nor do we process your payment transaction. This information is collected and stored securely by our online payment provider, PayPal Inc. and is governed by their Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to review the PayPal Inc. • Volunteers, employees, and instructors of Winged-Canvas Inc. and 1313205 Ontario Ltd. (operating as Winged Canvas) for the purpose of administering requested services including, but not limited to, art workshops and requested services; however, only such personal information reasonably required to administer and facilitate such services will be provided.

• The Website Host Provider. We do not share your personal information with the Host Provider other than as outlined in the “Website Host Provider” section above.

• PayPal Inc., our online payment provider. We do not share your personal information with PayPal Inc. other than as outlined in the “Billing and Payment Information” section above.

• Companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by (should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information could be used contrary to this Privacy Policy, you will receive prior notice).

• Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when

  • Winged Canvas is compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure;

  • Winged Canvas needs to do so to comply with law, credit card, or banking rules;
